Glad you are visiting our page.
We are a family of five consisting of Kathy, Steve and our 3 girls. We are located outside of Charlotte, North Carolina in a small town called Mint Hill. We love to spend time together and travel.We try to enjoy our time together relaxing at our homes when not having to do the less fun things like working to pay for them, or for the kids having to go to school 
We view our properties as personal vacation homes we plan to retire in, and didn’t buy them solely for generating rental income. However we love to share our beautiful homes with those who are looking for a nice place to stay and who will treat our homes with respect and care.
Many who stay with us come back to us year after year to enjoy a wonderful experience and enjoy time with their families. We try to supply our guests a clean, well stocked home in a desirable areas with plenty of amenities.
