Amelia Island Plantation offers golf, tennis, biking, walking trails, and picnic/grilling areas. Bikes and Golf cart rentals are available to guests. It is within minutes to the historic town of Fernandina Beach with lots of shops, quaint restaurants, and harbor. The Condo features new and comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Master Bedroom has King size bed and the guest room has both a Queen Size bed and a Twin bed. Both BR’s have Flat Screen TV’s. Master Bath has new large walk in tile shower with hand held shower sprayer and tiled seat.. Second Bath has tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms have wood laminate flooring…no carpet in condo. The Living Room features new comfortable Oversized Sofas and Chair. New Sliding Glass Doors and Oceanside window for clear view of ocean. Upgraded high speed internet and unlimited free long distance calling are available as well as hundred’s of TV channels. 2 – 4 Beach Chairs available for guests use upon request. NO PETS ALLOWED.
