The ‘Reservation’ is our beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa. It is situated on a premium South West facing plot offering sun all day on the extended patio area and on the extra large pool. The villa offers uninterrupted views over the First Fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and the Driving Range beyond.

The ‘Reservation is ideal for larger families, two families sharing or even a party of golfers. The villa will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people! The moment you walk into the large open plan living area and look through the windows to the pool and fabulous views beyond, you will appreciate why we fell in love with this villa! We have completely re-decorated, re-carpeted and extensively re-furnished the villa to a very high standard.

The spacious family room is the heart of the villa. At the end of a busy day, sink into the huge L shaped leather sofa and watch one of the many channels available on the 50″ plasma screen cable tv. A digital box is included for you to be able to stop, replay or use the guide. You could watch one of the dvd’s on the ‘smart’ BluRay player, or even surf the net. Turn the lights down low and listen to one of the relaxing cds from the library via the sound bar, or play one of the board games.

The adjoining dining area is perfect for a more formal meal with its beautiful mahogany dining table, seating ten. For a quick snack or a more informal meal, there is a breakfast area overlooking the pool. Together with the breakfast bar this provides further dining opportunities for up to ten guests.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all you require for preparing to eat in – it comes complete with oven & hob, microwave, large, double door fridge freezer (with ice maker and chilled, filtered water dispenser), dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit and large walk in larder. Of course, we have added all the crockery & glassware that you could require as well asa toaster, filtered coffee maker, food mixer, etc.

The separate laundry room has a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board, so there is no need to take a case full of unclean washing home to do!

The games room includes a full sized, slate bed, pool table, air hockey table, basketball shooter, magnetic darts and golf putting practice. Head in here when the sun gets too hot and host your own games tournament!

The ‘Master Bedroom’ is huge; in fact it could be better described as a ‘Master Suite’! It features its own en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, marble corner bath, twin basins with twin-lighted vanity mirror and a separate WC. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with digital safe & dedicated linen store. The bedroom itself includes a King sized mahogany bed, dressing table, TV armoire with 42″ Smart cable tv and dvd player, side tables with lamps, telephone & clock radio. There is even room for a comfortable sofa and coffee table. Its an ideal place to get away from it all! The center ceiling fan & light contribute to the airy feel & the views over the golf course through the large windows are incomparable.

Also upstairs is a further King sized room, beautifully furnished with a suite of limed oak furniture & designer drapes and linens. The room has a 42″ cable tv and as all bedrooms this room includes a large wardrobe, ceiling fan & clock radio. The en-suite bathroom includes walk in shower, WC and wash basin.

A Queen sized bed room is conveniently placed on the ground floor with wall mounted, cable, plasma tv and an en-suite bathroom, (which doubles as a useful pool bathroom and downstairs WC). If any of our guests have restricted mobility this bathroom is ideal being on the ground floor and including a walk in shower designed for use if necessary with a wheelchair.

A family bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a full and twin bed, rocking chair and Sony Playstation2 and is decorated with hand made wall hangings. Two twin rooms are located on the first floor &share a family bathroom which is decorated with a cheerful seaside theme and includes bath with shower, WC & twin basins with lighted vanity mirror. The first of these twin rooms features Nemo, everyones favourite fish and the second twi room features ‘Hank’ our friendly cowboy.

The fabulous pool at this villa is an amazing 30 feet by 16 feet and 6 feet deep! But whether you are going to try a few lengths or just relax in the Floridian sun, the patio area is just perfect.The views are incomparable – look past the mature patio garden, through the pine trees to the first fairway and the driving range beyond. Why not plan a quiet day lazing by the pool on one of the 6 padded sun loungers, taking a dip and having an al fresco lunch at the patio table? Or relax in a comfy chair with alate drink watching the spectacular sunsets under a soft light and fan.

The Freestanding Spa – ia always heated to ninety defrees free of charge. Relax and enjoy the bubbles as your cares slip away.

The great advantage of hiring a villa over staying in a hotel is total freedom – It is up to you when you have breakfast, or whether you wish to dine in, go out, or even order a take-away! Your pool is always available for an early dip or a late relaxing swim. No more trying to fit everybody into as few bedrooms as possible to save on costs and now each member of the family can choose whether to stay indoors and catch up on their favourite programme, practive their pool shots in the games room or relax by the pool.

Pool heat is an additional cost of £105/$160 per week, £15/$23 per night!
