It has a new (installed May, 2015) central A/C and brand new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen (just installed, Nov. 2015 quartz counter tops) just like home. Beach chairs, beach sheet/mat, beach toys, and cooler. We have BLACK-OUT curtains for a restful night sleep.

Marbella Del Caribe Este is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the “strip” on Isla Verde Avenue where there are many restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental company, and a 24 hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. FREE secure indoor parking with easy access to the elevators. Car NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful island!

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Intercontinental Resort Hotel, and the El San Juan Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include a olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, brand NEW tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecue. The condo is 10 minutes away and a $14 taxi ride from San Juan’s International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire island.
