Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,

glassware, pots & pans, utensils, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Grill

The house is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just a few blocks from the beach and the new Swain Cut bridge on a quiet street just south of the Intracoastal waterway. There is a large 24′ x 16′ deck with a picnic table on the back of the house, and a screened porch sitting area on the south side of the house.
