This quaint and modern apartment is “conveniently” located in the award winning Valley West neighborhood and features a gas fireplace for the cooler months, window air conditioner for the summer months, and private driveway parking. It stands alone, exclusively, over top of a detached garage for further privacy and much deserved downtime.

Our charming carriage house furnishes household amenities such as a front load washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a fun little popcorn popper. Snuggle up with a cup of coffee and a good book or enjoy our high definition entertainment cable package. Complete with high speed internet.

This cozy retreat is located just steps from a 5-acre lake and park, with miles of walking trails, beach volleyball court, and pavilions. Four groceries, a fish market, banks, gas stations, and the Gallatin Valley Mall are all within a short bike ride or up to a four-minute drive, as well as a ten minute drive to downtown Bozeman.

The one-of-a-kind and affordable Bridger ski resort is a short 25 minute drive and the Bozeman hot springs a 10 minute drive. Unique to Bozeman is it’s central location to the renowned Yellowstone National Park (home to Old Faithful) and some of the biggest skiing at Big Sky Ski resort. Bozeman offers a free city bus “Streamline” that has pick up locations just down the street from our carriage house.

Pet review PET POLICY : We do allow for one well-behaved dog. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS! Pets are not allowed on any bedding or furniture. We will deduct from the damage deposit if these guidelines are not adhered to.
