Upon entrance, you are greeted with a spacious open floor plan, stunning high ceilings, and remarkable wood tile floors.

The kitchen is fully renovated and features Samsung stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops, and brand new wooden cabinets. For your cooking convenience, a coffee maker, microwave and toaster are included. There is a dining room with a table for 6, and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3.

The home also includes two living rooms and a game room. Both living rooms feature a 75-inch Sony Smart TV, surround sound, DVDs, and a DVD player. Netflix, Wi-Fi and international calling are included complimentary. The newly renovated game room boasts over 3,000 arcade games, an Xbox One, PlayStation 4 Pro, and a pool table.

The villa features two master suites on the first floor. Each suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and a stunning lake view. There is an additional bedroom on the first floor featuring two quaint twin beds. Upstairs are two additional rooms- one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds. The villa sleeps 10 comfortably; perfect for large families or a group vacation. Young ones? No worries. There is a pack-n-play and high chair for your convenience at no extra cost.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a HD Sony Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player, as well as a large, private bathroom.

Linens are provided for your convenience, and there is also a washer/dryer and ironing board provided for your stay.

The backyard features a lovely heated pool, large pool deck, hot tub, screened-in patio, and an extended deck for sunbathing. There are plenty of chairs for lounging for the whole family, and a table for a delicious BBQ lunch under the warm Florida sun.

The gated community boasts an enormous water park style pool with fountains, a water slide, double large walk-in swimming pool, BBQ grills, BBQ gazebo, movie theater with HD surround sound, tennis courts, and a playground for the kiddos. There is also a fitness center featuring top-of-the-line fitness equipment compliments of Windsor Hills community.

The superior community is only 5 minutes from Disney’s greatest attractions, only 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and a 15 minute drive to Orlando’s infamous International drive. Within walking distance of the villa are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The community is gated, and secured 24 hours 7 days a week.

Convenient RV parking is available within walking distance of the home. Please keep in mind that no guests can remain in the RV while in the community.
